The Valley Foundation was founded
in 1984 and is headquartered in Los
Gatos, California. The Foundation
seeks to improve health care and
medical services for lower income
households within Santa Clara
County, and is eager to give funds
that act as a catalyst for additional
support from other agencies
and individuals.

Organizations interested in securing grants from the Valley Foundation are
now able to easily inquire, apply for and, if a grant is made, track grants
online. The Valley Foundation’s online grant-lifecycle manager eases
the application workload applying-organizations, enabling streamlined communications with The Foundation prior to and during the grant lifecycle.

The Foundation Board meets and reviews introductions, applications
and grants quarterly. Initial introductions are submitted online using the Introduction & Inquiry form located on this site. If the organization’s Inquiry
& Introduction is of-interest to The Foundation, the Board will invite a
full application.
