The
Valley Foundation, established in July 1984, is a non-profit foundation
headquartered in Los Gatos, California. The Valley Foundation’s
primary goal is to improve health care and medical services for lower
income households within Santa Clara County, California. The Foundation
is eager to give funds which act as a catalyst for additional support

The
Valley Foundation grants funding to non-profit organizations within
Santa Clara County, California. The Foundation's core focus is in the
medical field, specifically dealing with research, education, health
awareness, direct services and critical diseases. Requests for social
services that relate to the health of our community will also be

Organizations
interested in applying for a grant must first submit a letter of
intent. If it is determined that the activity falls within the
Foundation's area of interest, submission of a full proposal will be

The
Board of Trustees hold four meetings per year at which time grant
applications are considered. Applicants wishing to be considered at our
board meetings should submit a letter of intent based on our quarterly
calendar. If a full proposal is invited, applicants must adhere to the
